Oscar Bayless Enrichment Center, Inc. provides faith-based enrichment opportunities within a diverse, urban public setting.

Continuous Community Improvement

We are committed to supporting (our city)"Downtown Berkeley" master plan, in addition to other surrounding townships (and cities), by providing every place we operate as a door to community enrichment and development services. This is why we are going to invest 60% new funding into making our centers equal to the goal of the local municipalities. Starting with a debenture bond for capital Improvements to our own center, in the amount of $1.3 million and set to be completed in early October of 2027.

Capital Improvements & Bond ProgramCapital Improvements & Bond Program

Our programs and services are provided to religious communities or with connected clients, members or religious orders in the following states; Alabama, Arizona Arkansas, Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. We are limited to degrees we offer related to the sectarian orders in connection with the core of the religious ministry request. No secular degrees are offered, and no staff officials are paid a salary, but receive a parsonage allowance in exchange for the service of GOD. Our stylists are independent contractors and are licensed by the appropriate state to either teach or style (both in some areas).
